Are We Nearly There

‘Are You Nearly There’ was created using a variety fo printmaking processes. The background was created using tissue paper and printed using the process of collagraph printing. The Islands were carved out of wood and then tissue paper was applied and also printed using the process of collagraph printing. The Ship was printed using the process of relief printing by carving into wood and then printed on top of the collagraphed layers. Finally polyester plate lithogrpahy was used to print the compass.

The prints are created by hand using professional quality prints on fabriano paper. No digital processes were using in the creation of this print.
